WELLNESS INITIATIVES

What we are doing to keep you safe

Park Tower continues to monitor and stay abreast of recommendations from Florida Department of Health, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and other regulatory and public health agencies to help minimize the spread of the virus.

While most tenants have worked remotely, we continued to staff the buildings and maintained services despite the reduced population. We took this time to thoroughly clean common areas and tenant spaces. This included high dusting, extra floor care, carpet shampooing, etc…

We also programmed the HVAC system to increase fresh air circulation as per CDC and ASHRAE guidelines. Building-wide, air filters have been replaced.

And as you may be aware, security staff remained onsite to ensure building occupants and property were protected.

Going Forward

We want to make sure that your return is safe and comfortable, so we have established a plan to safely accommodate returning building occupants. We’ve implemented bi-weekly enhanced cleaning provided by Bio-Away which includes fogging of the lobbies, elevators, restrooms and common areas and installed nanoSeptic “self cleaning” elevator buttons.  All chemicals are CDC approved.  In addition, we offer the following information and protocols that we would like all building occupants to be aware of:

Main Lobby

Masks are required to be worn in the lobby for your safety and the safety of others.

As the building begins to re-populate, we will have an additional cleaner in the lobby taking care to sanitize all the high touch points. Please adhere to CDC recommended social distancing as you travel the lobby and the building, in general. You’ll note the lines placed on the lobby floor to denote 6’ distancing. We have additional hand sanitizer at locations throughout the lobby.

Elevators

Masks are required to be worn in the elevators for your safety and the safety of others.

To adhere to the 6’ distance recommended for social distancing, please limit freight elevator to 3 persons; Passenger cabs are 2 persons.

Corridors & Restrooms

Masks are required to be worn in all common areas for your safety and the safety of others.

Touch surfaces will continue to be wiped down regularly by day staff and night staff.

Additional ventilation in the restrooms is tied to the additional fresh air supplied to the building.

Fitness Center

Masks are required to be worn in all common areas for your safety and the safety of others.

The fitness center is open with a maximum of 5 users at a time. Please observe social distancing guidelines.

Conference Center
